Itineraries

We utilize the View Trip system as a hub for all itinerary and flight status information. Since it interacts with our online and agent booking systems on a real time basis, View Trip will always display your current itinerary and instantly reflect any changes the moment they are confirmed.A few minutes after finalizing an online booking, you will receive a “flash” confirmation of the arrangements that are pending ticketing. It is to advise that your booking was recognized by the system and is in process. It should not be considered a final itinerary and cannot be used for flight check in. The final itinerary will arrive by e-mail a short time later.


This e-mail will offer the following ways to view the information.

· Itinerary details, including confirmation numbers necessary for check-in, can be seen by scrolling down to the body of the e-mail. Cost information, however, is not included in this summary format.

· Clicking on the link at the top of the e-mail listed as Electronic Ticket Receipt will display this itinerary within the View Trip system. Click on the EXPENSE option at the top of the page for an itinerary including costs.

*Please note: The confirmation number used for flight check-in appears just below each flight ID and number. The code labeled Reservation Number applies to our system and cannot be used to check-in for any particular flight. It is different because a complete itinerary might involve multiple airlines and hotels, each with their own confirmation number.

If a change has been made to an existing ticket, you will receive a new e-mail confirming the change. You will have the same options to view the information as with a new ticket. This applies to flight changes; seat improvements, upgrades or a lower fare that is found by our system after initial ticketing and applied.

Please note – you will need to input your TRIP CONFIRMATION CODE. IF you booked online, click that tab above; log in to the booking system; click on My Trips and select the trip you wish to view or print. The code you’ll need is in parenthesis behind the trip name.

If you booked with an agent, please call us and we’ll be happy to e-mail another itinerary link or give you the trip confirmation code.
